Lead Pastor | Table Director
Pastor Tim and Tracey, along with their kids Chatham and Molly, have served together in full-time ministry for the past 25 years and have called Central Florida their home for the past 10. They love Florida, but their sports ties still lie in New England. They both have M.Div. & MA in Counseling degrees (from Asbury Seminary) and Tim completed his DMin. in 2005. The Farrell’s love to be outside fishing, trail riding on mountain bikes, and relaxing at the beach. They also enjoy spending time with family and friends, sharing good food. The Farrells’ love LifeSong and are passionate about seeing people become more like Jesus Christ through surrender, prayer, and growth in Christian community.
Children’s Ministry Director
Diana grew up in Coral Springs Florida the oldest of 3 children. Diana meet her husband Paul when she was 20 years old. They have been together for 17 years now and married for 9. Her and Paul have lived in Orlando for the past 12 years. They have 2 amazing children together. Roman who is 6 and Audrey who is 1. Roman began attending LifeSong preschool when he was 3 years old. This is how the Kim family was lead to join us for Sunday service. After many volunteer hours helping our church and preschool Diana was very excited to be welcomed as a preschool teacher this year. She has a true love for children and is very excited to be working with them & bridging the gap between our church and the preschool. Her heart is full of hope for this new season of LifeSong and she is looking forward to welcoming back our current families as well as gaining lots of smiling faces to our ministry.
Samuel is born an raised here in Florida. He grew up attending University Carillon UMC and started volunteering at Lifesong late last year. Samuel also joined CRU staff as a part time technician in the summer of 2018. His role on the Jesus Film conference tech team allows them to run seamless and successful conferences four times a year. He is currently a student at Valencia College studying Entertainment Design and Technology and his studies help enhance our technical abilities as a church. He will be overseeing the technical aspects of the church and its ministries in his role and hopes to enhance worship through technology.
Alive Student Ministry Director
Samantha Scott is a North Carolina native. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she met her husband, Brad. They were relocated to South Florida for the second time in October of 2012 and they have recently relocated to Orlando. They have 2 daughters that attend the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Samantha has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management but furthered her love for education by teaching preschool in both North Carolina and Florida. She has a formal education certification from the state of Florida. Samantha grew up in church and was volunteering at a young age. She was teaching VBS by 17 years old, singing in the adult choir and involved in her youth group. She volunteered in many areas at her previous churches, such as, leading the 4th-5th grade fellowship program, holding positions on VBS leadership teams, organizing a shepherding program, and developing a Wednesday night program for children’s ministry. For the past 3 years, she held the position of Youth Director at St. Peter’s UMC in Wellington FL. Teaching students, and children, about the Lord is her passion. She loves serving in her church and community. Samantha’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. They love spending time at the beach, biking, kayaking, as well as many other outdoor activities.
LifeSong Preschool Director
Kelly Rzeszut has been married to her husband Patrick for 9 years and has one son, Connor. She received her Bachelors of Arts from Stetson University and her Masters Degree in Higher Education from UCF (Go Knights!) Kelly has been a part of LifeSong Preschool since 2016 when her son started in the Seahorse classroom. She soon joined the staff as a teacher in the Starfish room and taught there for four years. During the 2019-2020 school year she joined the administrative team assisting in the office in addition to teaching. Kelly loves to spend time with her family and their dog, a mini-golden doodle named Captain. They love disney, going on trips, and spending time with friends. Her favorite part of the school year is welcoming everyone back to school and she feels so blessed to be a part of the LifeSong family and to be a part of the journey as our little ones learn and grow through Jesus.
LifeSong Preschool Assistant Director
Allie has been an active part of the LifeSong Church family for the past 5 years. She’s served in Kid’s Ministry, hospitality, and at the preschool as a volunteer and teacher. She’s been married to her husband for 17 years and they are the proud parents of 3 amazing kids. Allie grew up in Pennsylvania and earned her Bachelor’s degree in communications, with a concentration in psychology and speech, from Cedar Crest College. The Jessums relocated to Orlando in 2006, and they love all of the sports and outdoor adventure this area has to offer. Allie’s family has personally experienced the incredible preschool program at LifeSong and she looks forward to contributing to the legacy of loving and supporting our students and families through this important ministry!
Darlene is wife to Darren and mom of two teenage boys. She is a graduate of UCF (Go Knights!) and has a Masters in Business Administration from FIT. Darlene took over as the Financial Administrator in the fall of 2017 and is busy keeping the rest of us financially grounded. She spends a lot of time on the soccer field watching her boys play and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
The Table Assistant Manager
Kristin joined the team to help manage our newest space, The Table. She has been a part of LifeSong for many years, and is a joy to serve with. Kristin is the point person for all Table reservations and also works with DUO58 as a Manager.

Solimar is a Masters Level Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida, and will be offering her services through our partnership with HeartPeace. Her experience includes areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, grief and loss, divorce, infidelity, and life transitions. Her passion is that you don’t have to do life alone, and would be honored to come alongside you to work towards a renewed sense of purpose and hope.
